Though designer Levi Palmer grew up in Belton, Texas, it was in the world of style that he felt most at home. “I was always enamored by the glamorous idea of fashion,” he says. “No matter what outfit you put on in the morning, it can change your persona and the way people react to you. I liked being in control of those reactions.”
