For the upcoming TRIBEZA Chef's Table Series on June 27-29, Executive Chef James Corwell has chosen a scallop dish for the first course of the Chef's Table Dinner at Haddingtons, and this morning he demonstrated how to make the dish on Cooking with Fox!
Cameron Lockely and Chef Julio-Cesar Florez from La Sombra demonstrate how to make their famous Cebiche del Dia on KXAN. Chef Florez will be making this dish for the TRIBEZA Chefs Table Series at La Sombra on Tuesday, June 28 and Wednesday, June 29.
