A Citrus-Inspired Brunch from Camille Styles
Camille Styles here, with a bit of entertaining inspiration for the new year...

I don't know about all of you, but after the decadence of the holiday season, I'm ready for lighter fare and very laid-back entertaining. So why not host a casual winter brunch for friends, bursting with the bright citrus flavors that are in abundance this season? Orange and grapefruit provide a healthy burst of antioxidants to a new year's meal, and their bright hues create a delightful palette for a festive get-together. Set the table with a garland dotted with lemons, serve zesty cocktails from mason jars, and wrap up favor boxes stuffed with candied citrus slices. The healthy recipes below are perfect for a winter brunch and will leave your friends exclaiming, "Orange you glad it's 2011?!"
